NOBODY is allowed to request a Pokemon/fandom custom ANYTHING. This time was acceptable because these 2 people are assisting me in judging for the :iconnicron-kingdom:'s Summer contest. This, by the way, is the final exception to that rule. Anyone else who tries this, well... I dunno.
